NYU for acting or GWU for law???

<p>I love the acting curriculum at NYU and I love the city but I want something cheap and steady, cheap being for the concentration not school…140,000+ debt or set 130,000+?</p>

<p>(1) I’m not entirely sure I understand what you’re asking. Are you asking if NYU is worth $140,000 of debt? Then no.</p>

<p>(2) Are you asking if should attend NYU Tisch over GWU law? If this question is true, then you’ve already taken the LSAT and been accepted to GWU Law? So the question is a JD from GW or a Masters? in acting? from NYU?</p>

You can’t attend law school until you have already earned an undergraduate degree (in something of your choosing) and taken the LSAT (Law School Admissions Test)</p>

<p>As for taking out $140,000 for undergraduate degree? No. It shouldn’t be done. Ever. </p>

<p>Also it seems like you think law school graduate will automatically mean $130,000+/yr salary? This is false. Many law school graduates cannot even find jobs. The average law school graduate salary is $50,000-$120,000.</p>

<p>Considering the housing market is going to take another 20% fall, I don’t think the economy will be drastically improving for lawyers in the near future.</p>
