<p>I was just wondering if failing or repeating any high school courses would hinder your chances to get into any of these school</p>

<p>Well, if you were in charge of admissions, would you admit people who repeatedly failed classes in high school?</p>
<p>Competitive universities love it when you fail high school classes.</p>
<p>Well, how about they fail one course but they never took it again?!? and specificlly applying to a film program, the certain person is very talented, outstanding in volunteer/community work, marks were 4.0 gpa and outstanding portfolio, but they failed one course, I don’t think I would punish that person for failing one course, nobody is perfect!! Aren’t I right?</p>

<p>Well, if you go from a 4.0 to failing a course, there must be some extreme reason. This should be conveyed in the application either by you or your counselor.</p>
