NYU or Boston College?

<p>Considering I want to get an MBA in the future, would it better to major in econ at CAS or go to BC Carroll (Honors Program) and major in finance? </p>

<p>Non-academic factors:

  1. Don’t really care about the location/setting. Both varieties seem cool.
  2. Enjoy a liberal artsy education.
  3. Introverted personality
  4. Parties aren’t a big deal, but obviously would like to make friends
  5. Nerdy but don’t enjoy an extremely competitive environment.
  6. Sheltered upbringing.
  7. Not LGBTQ but not religious either. Not against either of those things.
  8. Consider myself a liberal</p>

<p>NYC is a big move. If you don’t think you’re ready for it, I would go to BC just because they’re both great colleges on the same level of prestige. </p>
