@NYDreammom it seems mlk scholars hear early from what others here say,generally you get your financial award notification with your offer.
Anybody else get an email a few weeks back asking if you were still interested? Just asking in case it is one of those fabled “email indicators.”
@bigguy4u If you’re referring to the one that discusses whether you want to withdraw your application, then yes. That was a general email sent to all applicants to make sure that anyone who has already committed to another school isn’t still in their applicant pool.
Do you guys think a 39 predicted IB score is good enough for Stern?

@Youngmis123 I would say on open category more like 35-45% based NYU GPA+Testing 25-75% ranges alone. ECs should glide you to 55-60%. First Genration (First to college) should take you up to 65-70%. Just my model of NYU.
So nervous… My GPA is a little low for NYU RD…

Essays were meh, not terrible but not the greatest.
I talked about how I immigrated and made a new home, and how I’m looking forward to making a 3rd one at NYU.
Supplemental was about biology research opportunities, being able to play in NYU orchestras even though I’m not a music major, and what my cousin who attended thought of it.

@mitsuha6 A user can edit his/her own post within 15 minutes of posting it. He/she cannot, however, delete it. As for cc being a “scummy website,” it is my hands down favorite place to release my anxiety, converse with applicants similar to me, and get insight on strange portal changes/emails/decision dates.
