***NYU Regular Decision Class of 2021 Discussion***

@dodoodododo I applied to Stern, live in NJ, and havent gotten the change

@nyuhope17 Yeah I think these changes roll out by school - atleast the Academic year 2017 change. I was looking at those who had gotten the change on this forum and it looks like those in Steindhart and Tandon have gotten the change so far. I haven’t come across anyone from CAS with the change though, and I applied to CAS. Maybe other CAS applicants have gotten the change and I just don’t know about it.

@bronstein Interesting, I applied to CAS and do not have the change as well.

Does anyone who applied to liberal studies have the change yet?

also i’m from Kentucky so i’ll probably be one of the last people IF i got in

big IF

i’m applying to CAS and am from Calfornia- don’t have the change

I also applied to CAS and have not had my housing portal updated

@bronstein I’ve applied to CAS, and I have Academic Year 2017-2018…

Is everyone able to log into NYUClasses portal? I’m able to log in and see that I have an nyu email under my profile. Not sure if all applicants have this access

I applied to CAS, I’m from SoCal, and mine changed… but I dont honestly think it correlates. I wouldn’t think they’d let something so obvious like that slip so early on

I applied to CAS and haven’t seen a change

@bambie17 I can log onto the NYUClasses portal.

I can log into NYUClasses but do not have the “academic year” option on the housing portal

@Chips99 I don’t either and I also applied to CAS.

Does NYU email their decisions toward the end of March/April 1st and mail the physical copies of the decisions on April 1? Or is the email and physical mail both delivered exactly on April 1?

@geminii Last year they emailed decisions on March 31, so decisions will come out either the last couple days of March or April 1. Though last year decisions were emailed I think this year you may have to access it via your albert portal. If admitted you will receive an admissions packet with your acceptance letter and more information on NYU within the first week or two of April depending on where you live and how long the mail takes to get there. If you are rejected you will not be mailed anything.

Anyone from PA who applied to Tisch get the change?

Applied to CAS. From CT and have Academic Year 2017-2018. Not trying to get my hopes up. Sting of rejection is too fresh.

Applied to Stern, from NJ too and haven’t seen the change.
