Rejected by UVA, W&M and Georgia Tech
May I ask the amout you guys get in the financial aid package? I know thatās private. I only get $7347.5 for spring semester (scholarships and grants, without loans), I called the financial aid office and they said thatās the max for transfer students. Thatās far less than I thinkā¦
@Spring2020Mathhh I agree. Just received my award package and was supremely disappointed. There is no way I can finance loans of $30,000 per SEMESTER. Really sad that finances is dictating whether I attend or not.
Thatās true. I have $24,000 parents Plus Loan. Itās really crazy. I already paid for the $500 fee to enter NYU and now my parents said they cannot afford that. Iāll probably go to william and mary cause itās in stateā¦ @westcoastbestcoast
I also got my financial aid package and Iām so disappointed i donāt understand how they think itās feasible to consider meeting need entirely through loans itās just not worth it
Got rejected! But I feels so great?. My Albert and checklist didnāt change until I received my rejection letter. Best wishes to all of you! I believe no matter what result you got, you differentiate yourself from others when you put efforts on achieving a better future and self improvement.
I know Iām late to the party but there are waaaay too many pages of this thread to go through. I was accepted 2 weeks ago, enrolled the other day. Any idea how weāre supposed to meet one another? Iād prefer not to go in January knowing absolutely no one lol

I am trying to apply to NYU 2020 fall semester for the Global Liberal Studies program. If anyone could give me any advice as to what I should do or anything before I submit my application and as to what my chances would be of getting into NYU I would greatly appreciate it!

25 Hours of Community Service alongside the Colombian Government educating about educational resources available to low income families

Does any newly admitted transfer student already register courses? I still haveāt received any info about course registration, but Monday will be the first day of school. I did not attend the orientation today though.
