Hey don’t flame me I am just passing the info along…
This just highlights how ridiculous our worshiping of rankings is. NYU as a whole is killed in the rankings solely based on the fact that having the very prestigious Tisch attached causes the school’s average SAT stats to be dragged down by students with strengths lying in the arts and not in academics. The fact US News thinks it has the right to punish NYU just shows the insane power we are giving these flawed rankings.
