nyu stern tuition and scholarships

<p>i will be applying for nyu stern undergraduate program this november. i am confused about tuition and aid.
almost every website and even nyu’s main site says expenses will be at 55-60k $ per year(tuition - 45k).
however nyu stern website ([NYU</a> > Office of the Bursar > Tuition/Fees > Fall and Spring > Leonard N. Stern School of Business (Undergraduate)](<a href=“Tuition”>Tuition)) states tuition at 19k and other expences will be arnd 13-14k.
can anyone please clarify? also what are the chances for merit scholarship for international students applying in regular decision round?</p>

<p>Note the number of UNITS (aka credits/hours)…that indicates that this is per semester.</p>
