NYU Subject Tests

<p>Hi, I’m applying to NYU regular decision. I know that the subject tests are not at all required (and they don’t mention that they strongly recommend it or anything either).
If i got a 690 on one of my subject tests, should I bother sending it as a “boost”? Or should I not bother, as it could possibly hurt my chances?</p>

<p>You’ll really just have to use your best judgment. If you think it helps your overall standardized testing profile, then send it in. If it’s related to your anticipated major, then I might be slightly wary. It won’t make or break your application.</p>
