Does Common app school report that is submitted by the counsellor an official transcript or do we have to send one to NYU from our high school.
You need to request your guidance counselor to send it to the school directly. Anything not sent through Common App isn’t reported on the website, but your counselor should be able to verbally confirm that he/she has sent it in to all of your colleges.
