Well, I did say that I plan to live off campus so maybe that’s why it’s not working for me? Just a guess though. What about you?

Just email them on the normal admissions email. Btw, I never personally asked for an extension bc Im still awaiting a decision

Are you an External or Internal transfer? Also, did you finish all the major prereqs before applying? I’m an External Transfer Applicant, and have a 4.0 right now in college and had a 3.5 in HS, and I got a lot of EC’s and a solid Essay, but I still haven’t heard back… My checklist disappeared, but this doesn’t indicate if I’ll hear soon, just means they’re reviewing my application.
Hi everyone! I just discovered this so I thought I would share. I’m an External Transfer apply for Education Theatre at Steinhardt and submitted my application March 29th. After checking daily my application checklist finally disappeared this morning. I hope we all hear back soon!

i find it so weird the AO told me my application is being reviewed right now but my checklist still hasn’t disappeared

i applied to nyu last year and got waitlisted and if i remember correctly the checklist disappearing isn’t a glitch… i’m pretty sure it happened to me last year too. i don’t believe it is indicative of acceptance, rejection or waitlist. i’m pretty sure it just means your app is under review or close to it. either way i wouldn’t read too much into it rather than it is maybe more likely your decision will come in a week or so.

When I got accepted to NYU, I don’t remember my checklist ever disappearing, so I think it definitely is just up in the air. Could be wrong, though.
