<p>I’m an incoming freshman at St. John’s University, majoring in Risk Management & Insurance/Actuarial Science (Not a double). However, it’s always been my dream to transfer into NYU Stern. My high school grades aren’t that high: 3.3 GPA and 1570 SAT/ 23 ACT. I’m currently taking four classes, no math classes. What will I have to do to polish my transfer application? I’ve done a lot of extracurriculars in high school, including some activist movements. Do I also need to retake the SAT/ACT? Also, in high school I was financially eligible to apply for HEOP, am I still eligible to apply even as a college student?</p>
