What are my chances?

I'd say match for Villanova
high match for NYU.

It can depend on what state you're from.

Will your parents pay $50k+ per year to go to either school?

Where else are you considering

I don't know very much about NYU, but I almost attended Villanova.

I think that you have very good chances of getting into Nova, and, if you can bump up your SAT/ACT scores a bit, could potentially qualify for some merit-based aid. Your GPA and extracurricular involvements are solid.

And as always...make sure your essays are polished, and that they reflect what kind of a student and person you are.

Best of luck!
