<p>I know academically Columbia reigns superior but what about nightlife and just all around having fun. Is columbia considered a fun college or is nyu better for partying. I know neither really have a traditional college feel, but I don’t care about that. I just want to know which is more fun columbia or nyu. </p>
<p>NYU is definitely more fun. Columbia has a brain crushing workload, and the only real social life consists of the same couple of bars. NYU students take full advantage of the city, but that also means it is very expensive. </p>
<p>NYU is in a better location. Columbia is in a slightly isolated part of the city. Also, it is in an area that has a lot of celebrity appeal. There are more celebrity students there, as well as celebrities in the area. </p>
