NYU vs. Harvard vs. Princeton

I like NYU. But which college is better and what are some good scholarships to help get in.

NYU has much worse need-based financial aid (it is where journalists go to find examples of graduating students with too much student loan debt and no job or a job that does not pay enough to pay down the debt), although applicants who have a realistic chance at Harvard and Princeton may receive merit scholarships from NYU.

HP are among the most generous fin aid givers extant. The hurdle is getting accepted in order to partake of their bounty…

Elsewhere you’ve said you hope to go to med school. If you’re truly a viable H/P candidate, you should serious look to your top state school and get as much merit money as possible and save your taking loans for med.

Harvard and Princeton do not give merit scholarships but they have some of the best need based aid in the country
