So I have no idea how I got into nyu, I’m shocked considering I’ve had terrible luck with college acceptances. NYU is super expensive but my mom said that she will figure something out. 1/4 of the reason why I dont want to go but 3/4 of it is because I know for a fact I would not do as well as if I was at ualbany. If I go to nyu i would have to work my butt off and have no time for fun, and still get satisfactory grades, therefore I would be miserable. I would also work my butt off at ualbany but only because I want to go to a really good graduate school and get a 4.0 in college. I would be going into stern buisness school which is extremely competive and hard and I want to do well in college. I might transfer into stern my last year to make my mom happy.
You probably would not be going to Stern. It is easier said than done. Top students get rejected all the time. If you got into Stern for UG and can afford it, go for it. Don’t shy away from the challenge.
