<p>New York University seems to be more prestigious, especially among international applicants. Its graduate programs are also much stronger than those of USC, which helps its reputation.</p>
<p>Depends upon your course of study and your preferred geographic location for work after undergrad school, or whether you intend to go to graduate school. If you are not going to grad school and want to live in Iowa, it doesn’t matter as each is enough to get you kicked out of church.</p>
<p>NYU seems to have the stronger name, but I’d pick USC for the weather.</p>
