Bro what’s the point of waiting past June 1 or even May 15. Most fall term colleges have the deposit deadline by then

I have officially read two hours of 2107 replies here, and I am speechless. I am an international student, waitilsted as ED II at TISCH, (hopefully) majoring on Film & Television.
It is amazing how many of you put your hopes up to be accepted. How each of you looks for stats, reaches out to the admissions comitee, or simply reads all the replies in search for answers.
To me, I have been waiting since January 1st, since it was the day I applied (it was the deadline haha). I have had plenty of time to doubt, to cry, and to truly reconsider if all of this has been worth it. Well, I guess it’s you that make it all worth it.
I have read that some have been already accepted, you deserve it!! But those who are still waiting, THE HOPE IS NOT OVER.
I trust in my process and in all my abilities. However, I only applied to NYU since it was a last minute decision and it is indeed, the only thing I have to offer to my future self haha (I was about to study law in my homecountry).
But yeah, thanks for explainig each detail with so much love. I hope we all get our chance, but if we don’t, that’s alright too. Good morning, or good night to some!!

To all the FA people out there, it is more probable we will be included in a wave next week. From past forums, FA applicants received acceptances in mid-May.
