i was wondering on what basis is nyu accepting students if not ED and RD?

Hey I also forgot there was someone who got into gallatin full pay yesterday, I don’t know there handle though
On reddit, i saw someone get into Tandon CS. I believe they are a domestic student,and im going to assume they are full pay since they were talking about how expensive Tandon is.
