hey i’m new to this thread. i was waitlisted for nyu cas but wanna switch to stern so i indicated that on my waitlist form. i have a friend that was admitted off of nyu cas for lsc but is declining. i’m also an nyu promise student regular decision.

That isnt really a thing, since you already got off WL for DC….if you want to switch to NYC campus you can reach out to admissions to see if they will allow it. But I think once you are accepted off wl, it will be an internal discussion with nyu to see if they can accommodate that request.

When does CAS come out, I applied RD wout financial aid, does anyone know, I’m literally willing to trade Cornell for NYU if I get off the waitlist lol
International, no result yet. Tandon first choice lots of engineering choices. Then nyu ad undecided then shanghai undecided.
Are people just not getting financial aid? What abiut the nyu promise? And doesn’t NYU say on their website that wether youre accepted regularly for fall semester or off the waitlist for spring doesnt affect your financial aid?
everyone they’re admitting rn don’t qualify for nyu promise and they r full pay. waitlist is need-aware instead of need-blind like regular decisions bc they use us to fill up their spots 
. they’re admitting those who qualify for financial aid either this week or next week (hoping this week).

Does anyone have the housing indicator for CAS right now?
nope
has anyone heard anything from gallatin (or how common it is to get waitlisted from one school but get accepted into another)? i applied steinhardt and tandon (wl tandon) but added gallatin into my wl form and think it would b the best fit for me and I’m kinda nervous bc I’ve had no indicators so far. i am totally willing to give up uva for nyu I am insanely desperate rn.
guys i had to delete ig so i cant keep up with any of the updates in the gc. does no one having indicators mean no wave tmr yall💔
