nyu usually sends things around 4pm (idk why but their decisions and emails are always around that time)
Being an int decreases ur chances of getting in esp with aid. But i still know some who got full rides before the nyu promise came out.

Actually, it can be both. The spring semester is, ofc, all in person and the spring orientation is amazing. My son is thriving socially right now, and he’d say it’s directly tied to being a spring admit. However, his mandatory summer session will be taken fully online, so he’s coming home with all the other kids. To be clear: This was his CHOICE; you take can absolutely stay in Manhattan and take the summer session in person, but he wanted to come home since the majority of the students will be headed home anyway. He’ll be back in CA in two weeks

No, you do not have to take summer in person, nor are you required to stay in the dorms. If you choose to take your classes all online for summer (like my spring admit son this year), you do not lose your guaranteed housing either. He’s saving us $10k by taking his 10 week summer session online…

I am the pinnacle of paranoia until I get my acceptance with FA or have confirmed that I wont be getting one in this wave.
All because if no NYU or even if NYU without FA, my american dream is over.
