Hi everyone. Just a mom here. My daughter’s on the wl RD for Gallatin. (She’s already included in the wonderful Vw13’s count.) Thank you again for starting this group and for crunching those numbers for us. Anyway, I know it feels like a big set back to be on the wl; and every day that goes by feels like a week. But I just want you to know that the fact you were waitlisted is amazing. You are amazing. And wherever you go, you will blaze a trail and light up the world with your gifts.

i got an email from a large but mid school saying theyre full if theyre full nyu has to be full bfr
Also a mom waiting here and you are so right that all these kids are amazing and should be so proud of themselves. I’m sure the second choices aren’t too shabby either.

I emailed my AO: "Hello! I wanted to ask for an update on the waitlist if you have one-- do you think there will be a lot more acceptances or just a few more? " and she said “Thank you for reaching out. We are expecting more acceptances this week, so I highly encourage you to check your email inbox for updates. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.” So that helps to raise spirits!! Do you think her saying I “highly encourage” means I’m getting in? Prob not but I just think its a little sus like why wouldnt she just say “encourage”?
