I was wondering if anyone knew if it is more likely to get into Gallatin off the waitlist since on this chat there is 96 wl and only 4 Gallatin as their main major. (based off previous years or any info you guys might have).

RD/ED1/ED2, int or US, Full pay or FA, spring or fall start? Also did you happen to check your housing portal yesterday, was it updated then?
Would Tisch acceptances mind sharing majors?

i’m not gonna check my portal until someone else from CAS gets a portal change or housing change

I’d say it’s not necessary since NYU admits based off school not Major, albeit this does spark some curiosity as to which major everyone chose
Everyone has Summer 2024.
If also have fall 2024, spring 2025 or academic year 2024-2025….those are the indicators.
I can’t go too long without checking

Nah I know NYU admits students off of School for a fact, MAYBE waitlist is different, but I don’t think so
