I am admitted to NYU for Fall 2006.
I tried to activate my account, but it said it had already been activated.
However, when I tried to log in, it says" According to our records you are not eligible at this time to hold an NYU password. As a result, you may not use the ITS Start Service."
I may have forgotten my ID and Password.
But what I’m more concerned about is that I activated my account at the end of March even before I heard my decision. Is this why?
Does anybody have any similar problem?</p>
<p>My son was told at the Saturday in the Square for Tisch that he should call the NYU ITS service tel. Number listed on the NYU website. They will reset it for you as you are on the phone with them. He did just that yesterday and it reactivated. Have you sent your confirmation and deposit yet? I’m sure that will be needed to fully begin the process.</p>
