<p>I think you’d feel a lot better if you called and explained your situation to someone. They’ll probably say a few weeks isn’t that big of deal, and that a lot of students submit them late anyway. Just make sure you get a calendar to keep track of your stuff in, because the last thing you want to do in college is forgot that you have a midterm/paper/quiz tomorrow that you forgot about.</p>
<p>I’m sure you’ll get housing. You might not get your 1st choice but that’s not too bad.</p>

<p>"We have received your 2007-2008 contract for the UCR Residence Halls dated after the June 1, 2007, deadline for guaranteed housing and are currently unable to reserve a space for you. We have placed you on a waiting list according to the date on which your contract was received. "</p>
