Oakland University vs. Wayne State University

Which one of these universities would be best to major in a field of engineering? Which will give me better opportunities or a better overall learning experience during my time in university?

I’ve heard some good and bad things about each university. I heard that Wayne State University is good overall for sciences, but the foreign professors there are hard to understand. Oakland University has a nicer campus, but I do not know whether Wayne State University is more well known that Oakland University (it probably is).

What kind of engineering?

Oakland has computer, electrical, industrial, and mechanical.
Wayne State has chemical, civil, electrical, industrial, and mechanical.

In engineering, what matters is ABET accreditation (type this in your browser to check on both).
I personally would pick Oakland because of the campus, but essentially as long as the program is accredited, there’s no difference.
