Obama is done.

[Barack Obama’s ‘lost’ brother found in Kenya - Telegraph](http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/uselection2008/barackobama/2590614/Barack-Obamas-lost-brother-found-in-Kenya.html)

Not really sure how anyone would care about that. Cindy McCain doesn’t even acknowledge her step-siblings in interviews even though they visited much more frequently than did Barack and George.

OP, by your logic mccain was done when the press started to report on his ex-wife

Okay, so what’s your point? People have half-siblings and relatives they aren’t proud of or don’t understand. The conditions of the family seldom reflect on the individual. If my hypothetical sister turned out to be a tyrant of epic proportions who took over the world, does that reflect my character? Similarly, if my dad had an affair or a second marriage that resulted in children, should the other children be my problem? Is this what you are suggesting?

No big deal. When opened this thread, I thought, “well, did Obama do something to contradict himself or commit a felony?” But nope; it was nothing at all.

Great editing. The press is too impatient to get this “shocking” word out that it stumbles over itself.

the RNC hasn’t even touches upon Ayers, Wright yet.

Old news. Wright already happened. Ayers is a non-issue.

If you want to drag the past out, what about McCain’s first marriage and the Keating Five? Let’s not go there.

McCain doesn’t know how many houses he owns. WHAT AN IDIOT!

http://news.yahoo.com/s/politico/20080821/pl_politico/12685</a></p>

^lol. This is getting way out of hand.

Yeah, lets not mention McCain was cleared of his charges…Ah well.

Yeah, but Obama has visited 57 states on the campaign trail.

[Obama’s Hillbilly Half-Brother Threatening To Derail Campaign | The Onion - America’s Finest News Source](<a href=“The Onion | America's Finest News Source.”>The Onion | America's Finest News Source.)

To be fair to McCain those houses are not really his they are his wife. McCain himself does not have much money, his wife does.
As to Obama, as a Republican, I really hope they do not attack his family as a means to win. We can win without that stuff.

Yeah, it’s not as if McCain has anything to do with his wife.

Or maybe she is literally a trophy wife, paid to stand there with him just to prove that he’s not gay or something.

So was O.J. Simpson.

Obama’s statement of having visited 57 states was not yet another out-of-touch statement regarding the economic situation of average Americans.

And Cindy lies about how many siblings she has (as well as meeting Mo. Teresa), so what’s your point???

So was Bill Clinton. Do you want to keep playing?

Those other seven states must have been growing large amounts of arugula…

No he wasn’t. He actually did get impeached. But then people realized how stupid the whole thing and decided that while he did have sex with that woman Monica Lewinsky, who cared? And Bill’s approval rating climbed.

“Yeah, but Obama has visited 57 states on the campaign trail.”

Leave the guy alone. Running for president is like having a year-long finals or AP week. We all know how that is and how nonsensical we sound by the end of it. So he made an error. Worry more about his position on things that effect you rather than a simple slip that no doubt originated from fatigue.

Obama’s “57 states” slip-up shows hurts nobody, except for maybe cartographers.

McCain’s “100 years” gaffe, or “houses” gaffe, or “draft” gaffe, or “bomb bomb bomb Iran” gaffe, or his chief economic advisor’s “nation of whiners” gaffe, however, are much more harmful.

*No he wasn’t. He actually did get impeached. *

To be impeached simply means to be indicted. It doesn’t have anything to do with court proceedings or actually being deemed guilty. He got impeached (indicted) but was eventually cleared of all charges.
