[Obama’s Fiscal 2011 Budget for Higher Education and Science - Government - The Chronicle of Higher Education](http://chronicle.com/article/Obamas-Fiscal-2011-Budget/63845/)

Now, this budget isn’t final, as it must go through the motions of Congress before being finalized (and so some things will change). But this brings up some questions.

Look at how AP funding gets slashed to 0. I’m sure that the AP program will still exist (it’s managed by the collegeboard and AP courses aren’t fundamentally different from regular high school courses). Does this just mean federal support of AP program expansion in certain schools?

What are your other thoughts on this proposed budget?
