Yes I remember that question.
f(x) = 2|x-1|
What equals f(-1)?
The answer is f(3), since both equal 4, so you are right.

@pizzabagel thanks… my hopes for a perfect or -1 just got better

ghjgfjfhfjh

what if -2 is like 790 or 770 for CR this time…

This is like the longest forum ever

@FuzzyPeaches22 According to this website, http:// ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■. com/sat-score-calculator/, -2 is an 800 91% of the time in a sample of previous tests. It’s never been a 770. I highly doubt I only missed 2, but I’m still hoping for a decent curve on CR.

Does anyone remember the name of the ballerina or coach? I’m trying to find the other passages

I think I found a passage but can someone pm the link so that I can check?

Could anyone pm me the link please?

@sodone I put rationale also I believe

@mystic7 her name was Comaneci

The passage was from the book Nike is a Goddess: The History of Women in Sports

@icepierre Wow, thanks :D

Getting more and more nervous about my CR score

@Mystic7 I am realizing that consensus means nothing for CR. I just read the passage again and think my answer is correct for one of them even though it is not even being considered by others.

Yeah, I think you’re right. The problem with consensus for hard questions is that if most people answered the questions correctly then everyone would get an 800, right? I think some of the “popular” answers are traps. I just have to trust my instinct with CR since it rarely fails me

@Mystic7 what did you put for what the author would agree with (the gymnast passage). Everyone says that she is candid, but I say that her grace masked her physical prowess. that makes sense in terms of the passage if you read it again…

Pretty sure I put candid. I can’t remember what the question itself was asking… was it “what the author would say about her?” Can you order the Q&A online? I think I’m going to… CR is so stupid lol. Do they call up the authors and ask “what exactly did you mean with this exact line?”

The wait for your score is the worst part. I wish you got the results within 24 hours.

Sry but for the median question that debated yesterday. THey argued that it could not be less than or equal to 96. My questions is did the question ask for ANY Ten integers or TEN Different Integers? Pls tell me know. If i was 10 DIFFERENT integers it would be NOT AN INTEGER B/c 1,2,3,4,5,96,97,98,99,100. The median would be 96.5! Regardless because, there are an even number of integers. if was ANY 10 Integers then it could 99,99,99,99,99,99,99,99,99,100 thus the Median would be greater than 96! It can be either odd or even! and definitely less than 6!(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1000) (5.5) PLS let me know. Thinking about it all nite=( I take AP stats…
College board is not allowed to assume that 95.5 is equal to 96. THEY WOULD have to say that it less than 96 or at the VERY LEAST rounded to nearest integer in the question.

It was different integers

And for the 96.5 example, it would be between 5and 95 not 96 and 97. Get some sleep, lifeishard ;)

@icepierre would agree with me that 95.5 is NOT an integer?An integer is like -1.0.1,2 etc not one with a decimal or fraction?
