October 18 PSAT Discussion

I agree with Yeti, showed that he was discrete.

What were the other choices?

His sense of discretion?

Yay! I put that! I’m pretty happy with this test… although my ACT next week will likely be another story.

Yeah I just didn’t answer that one… :stuck_out_tongue:
I overestimated 25 minutes for that first CR section. :/

meadow.

Roman art ----------, Egyptians on the other hand.
I think it was something like that.

okay thanks:)

“In Roman art, humans were depicted as naturalistic, but the Egyptians drew them some other way.” Yeah. Something like that.

No, it was naturalistically. If you can count that poor excuse for conjugation.

Ugh, might have done something stupid. totally forgot about parallel structure errors …bleh…

Seems like most people here screwed up along the line. The test was harder than the practice book I was given when I registered, I think. Still, though, as long as my grade is an improvement from my 1690 SAT score and the 176 I got on the practice PSAT, I’ll be happy.

How do you think the curves will be? I’m starting to think I did not do very well…

yeah in the practice book i got everything right! kinda sucks. what did people get for the car one? i had 1250

what did you guys get for the all cubes in the box are green or something like that question? and also what did you guys get for the 4 digit number with 5 as the last digit, 2 as another digit, and another digit equal to 6?

van_sant 1250

There are no curves (unless you count the curve to lower scores)! The PSAT is the anti-curve. :[

car = 1250
four digit number = 14
cubes = II only

I’m very sure on all.

Geez I was the opposite.

I did terrible on the practice test I was given, but I did alright today, at least from the answers mentioned so far

I know math totally threw me off! Almost every single time I’ve practiced I always had 10 minutes left over and got an 800, even on my 8th grade SAT but now all of a sudden I’m running out of time?? What’s up with that! And I already got one wrong, watch my parents murder me…lol.

What was the car one?

the only one i got wrong on the math so far is the cube one i think. what would that be approx?
