2380!
800 reading
800 math
780 writing
9 essay

No freaking way… My score was a 2010 last time
720 W
670 CR
620 M
This time it was a 1980
670 W
630 CR
680 M
This has to be a mistake. First off unless the curve was super harsh in Math I calculated a 700 in Math because I saw the CC compiler list and I had about 49-50 questions correct. On Writing I got a 9 on the essay but I’m am sure I had to be in the 700’s. everyone said that the writing had two no errors and I specifically remember getting 2 no errors. And then on CR I’m so sure I only missed 1 sentence completion and maybe 5-6 passage questions. A 630 implies I missed around 14-15. SHOULD I HAND SCORE. I AM SO SHOCKED AND UPSET. I was so sure I broke 2100. I’m not someone who overestimates myself I’m just going by the fact that I had many right answers with kids on CC.

2310!
740 M
800 CR
770 W-- 76 MC, 10 essay

@ RahulKShah. Are you seriously complaining about a 2360? And to the black guy that got a 2300… you guys are both incredibly obnoxious and with attitudes like that you won’t get very far in life. This test doesn’t measure much unless you get at least a 2200 without studying.

Hey, dude, it’s called being happy about doing well. No harm there.

Of course it doesn’t measure much. It does impact your chances at various colleges.

Okay just make sure to humble yourself a bit because if you do get into Yale or any similar institution, pretty much everyone else will have your credentials. I got a 2210 and I’m a white girl so I guess I’m not going anywhere special lol. Go Gators!!

UF is a pretty great place. And you’ll be one of the smartest kids there.

I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to sound haughty. I was just glad to achieve my goal.

Yeah I know it’s fine. There are personal reasons I don’t want to go there but you really don’t think I have a chance at any top 20 schools? I was never going for HYPSM. More like Duke or Brown. My ec’s are pretty great and honestly good job the SAT is a bear of a test.

nononono

I think you have a decent chance at any school. Your test scores are great. GREAT. If you go to UF, you’ll get great scholarships and rule the school. If you aim for a higher ranked school, you’ll have a better chance of getting in than a vast majority kids.

Seriously! You’ve posted a chance thread, haven’t you? You shouldn’t feel especially insecure about aiming for any of the top 20 schools.

I want my scores…

Hey guys how do you check what your essay score is? I can’t find it…

I don’t understand how I got a 10 on the essay but a 57 on the multiple choice for writing.
In other news, my math score still sucks even though I raised it 30 points.
M: 560
CR: 610
W: 620

@calbear
i got the same exact score and breakdown!!!
omg
LOL
2310!

@Kakaouko
It’s right underneath where it says your writing score.

I was aiming for a 2100 since I first began to study at the beginning of last year. I determined that this October SAT would be my last attempt, and I reached my goal! 2120 up from 1630 on my first practice test.

I was happy with my first-time 2310 until I saw all these 2360-2400s >_>
760 cr
800 math
750 writing (12 on essay)

:(
I got a 1950 last time but still… i studied so much and had two tutors and everything. really sucks.
maybe i can get a 2300 next time around (fingers crossed…)

800 math =), 610 reading, 670 writing

2080 overall up from a 1900, goal was a 2100 but i should be able to get into a good engineering school with that math!! hopefully illinois/michigan/georgia tech,

Just goes to show hard work really does get you anything!!
