is there a consensus on the improving paragraph question where it was like improve this sentence “my mother is therefore not as happy about the arrangement as I am” I have heard people here say that the answer was to delete therefore, but I don’t agree. Any input.
@CCswami I’m pretty sure it was to delete therefore, since the sentence before it didn’t relate to that one. “Therefore” didn’t fit. I could be wrong
Best case: 800 M. 800 W. 800 R.
Worst case: 800 M. 760 W. 750 R.
Good luck to everyone. Hopefully we all see the scores we want.
@TheEpic2401Man: Haha that’s very kind of you, but unfortunately I know that I made more mistakes than the October curves will probably allow to get a 2400 :/.
@MALABARCOAST2014: Yep, that’s around my predicted score right now. Here’s hoping that we both achieve our predicted scores!
There’s always next time for me anyway since this is my first time taking the SAT :).
juicy mango, if you were to retake, would it be november or december? I was wondering because then I could see which one is better for a significant score increase(hopefully we will not have to do this)
If I filled in section 4 for my section 3 questions and my Procter gave me a new answer sheet to do the rest of my test will I get my scores accurately or will I have to do the hand score verification?
@JuicyMango How much practice have you done? You seem to be very adroit. I’m just recently scoring close to/ in the low 700s of CR and I really wana 2300+ >.< I didn’t take Oct. but I plan on doing Nov. I just hope I’m prepared. I still need to review writing essays and grammar since Im in high 600s of writing. Im pretty solid with math.
btw what was the consensus for the ominous explanation vs. genuine confusion. I felt that question and the finicky vs. dainty was totally not fair at all…
Hi,
btw, when will the scores come out? (According to past)
Tomorrow morning/evening (PDT) ?
for west coast students, is it still 5pm EST or 5pm PDT?
Still 5pm EST I think. So 2pm PDT
Best of luck to everybody
@theonthe I think it’s 5am EST and 2am PDT. Could anyone confirm?
It’s definitely 5 am EST… not pm @supercalif unless the collegeboard releases them at different times on different coasts…
^ im sorry but if I asked that question at my school, people would say “can your mom confirm” …lol…
@ambitionsquared yes definitely. That’s when I’ve gotten my scores the last 3 times haha. 1 subject and 2 sats
@ambitionsquared @stemscholar Yep, I meant 5am. Typo there.
@pokemon1 lol… that’s me
is this where we can post our results or is there another thread or something
Are any of you staying up to get your scores? Personally, I’m going to get a full night’s sleep.
