@satanxietea The “perfect” answer involved the word “examples” of how the internet changes the way you think. And in the 1st passage, the author stated what was going on with him, which shows the examples. So he would agree with the author from the 2nd passage.
What did you guys choose for that writing question for the line about the dorm being near the library?
delete it from the passage
Same, delete from passage
Ok I put that too
@uhhhhhhhhhh What of the Ptolemy question, and how the author viewed his theory. I believe I said convoluted and based on antiquated data. I remember the author stating, something along the lines of, “at the time, people were still using Ptolemy’s 1400 year old…”, and eventually says the newer discovery was a step in the right direction, indicating previous ones, weren’t. I believe Ptomely’s theory also was described as including movement of things about the Earth, rather than the other way around. What did you think?
Wait what was the math question where it said g(6) = f(x)
Or something like that
Please please help
Wait for CR did you guys put she was trying to challenge the students for 2 questions in a row?
@christinekim93 I said -3, apparently it was -4, or at least that’s the overwhelming consensus here. It was the last question on one of the math sections and portrayed two absolute value curves pointing opposite directions.
@satanxietea I concur
@TheEpic2401Man No, she wasn’t. She was uncomfortable teaching them something she didn’t think they could understand, so on the contrary, she was not challenging them.
are you sure for one of the questions it wasn’t that she was challenging them? i remember there was clear support for it
It may have been a choice but I’m fairly sure it wasn’t an answer.
darn…thats -2 then. Do I still have a shot at an 800?
@TheEpic2401Man according to the college panda, you have a 91% chance of an 800
Anyone remember the wording for the internet question with the answer “perfect”
I think I missed two on CR.
I missed lazy/conscientious and origins.
@ekl2498 Pretty sure conscientious was right, but the origins question is rationale.
@grparker21 I think it was something along the lines of what would the author of passage one feel about the choppy sentences in the beginning of the second passage.
Hey guys!
Can anyone predict a score for me?
CR: 3-4 wrong, 2 omitted
Writing: 3-4 wrong, 0 omitted. 10-12 essay
Math: 2 wrong, 0 omitted
