I ordered this for the Oct 3 test and they said delivery would come in 6-8 weeks. I just got mine today which is far too late to be of any use. Dec 7 is 4 days past 8 weeks. Am I entitled to a refund? I called on Dec 4th, the day after the 8th week ended for a refund but the person just said that the packet was shipped on November 6th and I told them I still don’t have it so they said they’ll escalate it to some other department and they’ll contact me in 5-7 business days.
