Im not sure about Myers, but the ones in the high rises, like Brumby, have separate stalls and curtains.

Would also like to know specifically about Myers, but I’ve stayed at a few universities for summer events for a few weeks. All the ones there were basically set up like public toilets with gym-style rows of shower stalls in the back.

From my brief experiences in Myers, the bathrooms are decent. They usually have a girls bathroom and and guy’s bathroom in each hall, though, both are usually used by the predominant gender. There were never very many people in there at a time. There’s three stalls for toilets, and two or three showers on the opposite side. The showers stalls themselves have a little seat to put your stuff in, and then the actual shower, separated from the seating area by a curtain. They’re decently clean. Towards the end of the year, my friend who lived in Myers said that that staff got lazier and lazier. They didn’t have hand soap for a good chunk of the year.

And if someone comes back from drinking and vomits in the bathroom, expect a lovely smell for a while.

So is there a place to dress privately in the shower stall?

Yes, there is a place to dress privately in the shower stalls, at least in Myers. There are also a few single bathrooms that include showers in the middle of each floor as well.
