<p>Probably 99% every year that they’ve had EA, it’s released somewhere mid to late teens in Dec</p>
<p>Yes they generally roll out over a couple days and generally a few days before the stated date. You can search the last two years threads and you’ll start to see when the notifications came trickling in. The past couple years since they instituted EA they have not yet notified everyone all at once…the e-mail blasts are sent in bunches which isn’t unusual with that volume of e-mails due to spam filters and most IT protocols.</p>
