<p>My roommates and I looked for apartments to live for this upcoming summer. We found Nobel Court apartments. They want us to sign up for the waitlist with 25 application fee and 200 dollar deposit.</p>

<li>is it too early to sign such thing? i mean it’s not an official contract but are waitlists necessary?</li>
<li>how is nobel court compared to other apartments?</li>
<li>if we look for houses beginning of the summer, instead of now, can we find better apartments for better prices? or is it too risky?</li>

<p>Please give us any tips regarding how to look for apts, which apts are nice place to live etc.
