<p>For off-campus housing, would you say there are more houses or more apartments available? Which of the two are more popular among students? </p>
<p>There are far more apartments. I suppose they are more popular with the students though my son lived in a duplex north of campus one year and then an older house on Foster. He’d had enough of “dorm-style” life.</p>
