<p>It depends what your other requirements are. If you go down rouse past colonial, its about 10-15 minutes to campus depending on traffic and there’s a few places that are VERY cheap and decently nice. I used to live in highpoint club down there, but there’s a few others as well. There’s no shuttles or anything in the area if you need that (or don’t want to deal with parking), however. I now live in oviedo across from riverwind… its a little more money but you can easily walk across the street to riverwinds shuttle.</p>
