Off campus housing

what streets/ neighborhoods do college students live in? Im looking at renting a house and I don’t know where’s safe to party and such at

I’m currently a sophomore living off campus in Stadium Crossing (previously known as the villas). Stadium Crossing is a collection of apartments/townhouses and flats immediately west of the stadium (around Dunn and 20th). There are a lot of parties and I’ve always felt safe, even with doors/windows unlocked. Other good areas are West of campus (The houses behind collins) and North of Psychology/Kelley (in between Dunn and Fee). I hope this helps

Anna522, This seems like an odd post to me. Are you a transfer? Have you visited Bloomington? If you are an incoming Freshman you are required to live in on campus housing unless you are eligible for an exception. If you are new to campus, I think it is best to try and live in campus housing or apartments to meet other students. Your concerns should be more than where to party.
