<p>Does anyone have any suggestions for housing next year off-campus? My friends and I are looking for a fun social place. Money really isn’t an issue since we would be getting doubles. We were planning on getting 4 bed/bath in Tuscany, but they sold out. We want someplace near campus. Parking would be a plus, but the main priority is finding a fun place where you can be loud that is at the same time safe. We would prefer larger complexes like City Park and Troy. Can any residents of City Park comment on the social life there?</p>
<p>Tuscany isn’t sold out for next year yet–I think it says sold out for this year. If you notice, all of their apartments say sold out. I could be wrong, though.</p>
<p>The leasing process for 2007-2008 is ongoing right now, and most likely, some spots will open up in Tuscany. You won’t get a list of available units until you go through their steps and get a file number.</p>
