Do you recommend attending the off campus information sessions as well as the on campus tour and interview?

If it’s convenient then by all means go. I think that any opportunity to see the admissions officers is a good thing. If it isn’t convenient then I wouldn’t worry too much, they do lots of secondary school fairs and meet lots of people that way.

We found the information sessions to be helpful. They’re another way to build a relationship with the admissions staff, and you learn more and more about the school with each “exposure”. It gives you a more complete picture.

We attended several ‘receptions’ at the homes of current/former parents (several different schools). These were very enjoyable – the Head of School and AD were at two of these events. Great opportunity for candid Q&As in an informal environment. My daughter loved being able to get to know several of the students /student leaders and faculty as well.
