8 and 9

@HonoredStudent
It was 12.

Notebook question was $2.50 I believe.

Arent you all so happy that the Easter Island passage is out???

And also, anyone remember if the radius of the sphere inside the cube was 10?

A lot of articles are saying they’re taking out section 8 OR 9 depending on which booklet you had. Not both.

Is that question with the sphere inside the cube section 8/9? Or the one with the two triangles and it asked you to find which sides are equivalent to like b/r or something?

@curlypie99 do you have any links for them?

@RamenUniversity
No the sphere one is in an earlier section. Not sure about the other one.

@curlypie99 CB’s announcement was confusing but if you read carefully CB stated that it wasn’t just the Section 8/9 CR section that had the error but the Section 8/9 Math section that had the error for some students as well. In that case they have to get rid of both.

@Chrysanthemum14 did you get 10 for the sphere question

was h(x) 8/9? and what did u guys get for that one?

@holayola h(x) was a grid-in so no it was not in Section 8/9
@ASAP123 I got 10 rad 2 but that was because I put the cube inside the sphere. The correct answer is 10.

@holayola which one?

0 is an integer so isn’t |h(x)| =0

I’ve been following CB’s twitter account, and today their responses to some tweets are different than yesterday’s tweets.

Someone tweeted earlier today: “Will both sections 8 and 9 be unscored for everyone or will it be specific to only the single section that had 25 minutes?”

CB tweeted back: “It will either be section 8 or 9, depending on the edition.”

It looks like CB is going to throw out just ONE section, not both.

I thought about it for a while and put 2, but now I don’t remember why

@msdarcy
What does that mean???

@EasyNotSoMuch123 It looks like they will throw out one section of the test, not both, but it will depend on which test edition you took. Some students had the misprint on Section 8 and others had it on Section 9. That’s my interpretation anyway.

What about people that had 20 minutes for both
