they sort of already updated it to say that both sections will not be scored but they didn’t call it an update
guys lets just wait it out…theres nothing we can do but pray and cry and just wait lol
TRUE
Yeah lets just hope the curve is good… I studied a lot of this exam and I dont want to take the SAT again and waste another 4 hours of my life
was the curve for the PSAT all that bad? there were 7 math questions that i got wrong/ommited and i got a 64. how did some of you get a 67 with only 3 wrong?
@kelika -3 was 670 for the november SAT not psat. I don’t think it will be that harsh for this test because with CB’s screwup I dont think they will make the curve harsher on us…
Does anyone remember all 4 Jane Austen questions? Also, there was one answer that I picked where it said the author was only appreciated in Nicaragua but I think that was wrong. Please please please! I Need help especially with the Austen questions
Do you guys think that colleges will perceive June 6th SATs differently from other ones? Or do you think that that’s just us overreacting?

Yea I need help with Jane Austen
I think College Board’s decision mostly effects those scores in the high 600s and 700s. For your average and even slightly above average test taker, I doubt the scores will really be that much affected. But for the top test takers, it definitely may. What is everyone’s prediction for the math curve?
-0 800
-1 770
-2 740
-3 720
-4 700
-5 680
the answer to the question you’re talking about (where “only appreciated in Nicaragua” was a choice) was choice e) which was something along the lines of “[his audacious rhymes were] new to Spanish literature” which was choice e.
edit: wait, that was a different question nvm
@jsweets17 the answer was about the difficulty translating the spanish to english- not sure what answer choice but the main idea was that it could not be appreciated in the US because the translations skewed the prose
Why were the Spanish poems popular in Hispanic countries but not the United States?
@ALibertarian because the translations skewed the prose
CR Curve @golfcashoahu ? Also 4 JANE AUSTEN ANYONE? :-S
confirmed from secret source: curve will be beneficial just as the june curve usually is
a rough score average will only perpetuate the controversy everyone needs to calm down
The Jane Austen questions have been discussed and repeated so many times. Just search it.
I’m hoping the curve will be good. I’m still upset because I thought I did good on both of those sections!
@anBoa122 exactly…which sucks cuz I need a higher score!
