@easynotsomuch y was 6 becuase 2^4=16 and 2^5=32 (4+y)/2 =5
… Wait wat was the problem
It was definitely 64. I remember using 4 as x and 3 as y.
CAN SOMEONE PLZ TELL ME THE PROBLEM :D. I can’t take something wrong in math.
I did in this way x^(t+y)/2=2^5 so x^(t+y)=2^10 since x^t=2^4 x^y=2^6
@easynotsomuch123 x^t=16 x^(t+y)/2=32 find x^y
Is /2 for the whole thing
What section was the math problem on? 8 or 9??
@easynotsomuch123 it was for the exponet x^((t+y)/2)
ITS OFFICIAL: College Board is not counting sections 8 and 9. What sections/ passages did they contain??? Especially reading!
I HEARD THAT THEY ARE NOT COUNTING ONLY ONE SECTION. EITHER SECTION 8 OR 9.
ON MY TEST, SECTION 9 HAD THE MISTAKE, SO I THINK ONLY THAT SECTION WILL NOT COUNT.
Please read.

@388854239ewr
No it is both.
@388854239ewr heard from who?
Wow of course sections 8/9 will be cancelled… Those were the easiest ones. :((
SO THEY ARE ONLY GRADING 2 SECTIONS OF MATH AND READING?
Did anyone have the math question about stalactites and stalagmites???
@388854239ewr Yes. Your caps lock is on, by the way.
Oh so 2^((4+y)/2)=32. So 4+y must be 10 and since t is 4 y is 6… So that’s 64.
nooooo I think I may have read the question wrong. Was that section 8… Or was that grid in???
That was a MC. I don’t think it was from Section 8.
