********Official AP 2008, Raw%=5 Speculation Thread********

All right so this is a thread where you guys can speculate between now and score release date, what percentage on each test you took will yield a 5!!!

AP Calculus BC = 65%
AP Calculus AB = 68-70%
AP Physics C (Mech) = 65%
AP Psychology = 68-70% (if not more)
AP English Lit. = 68-70%

Speculate away!!! :)

^ wow ***? a D on an ap test will get you a perfect score?!?!!??!

Welcome to the world of AP testing. And guess what: I believe in 2003 or 2004 a 59% on Calculus BC was a 5.

Also a 5 isn’t really a “perfect score” it just means you got an A, not an A+ but also not an A- :)

Woo! I wish I could speculate too but this is the first year I took APs…Does anyone know how Spanish Language and Latin Literature look? =)

English Language: 75%=5

Speculatation:
US Government & Politics: 87.3% = 5

World History: 67% = 5

hopefully spanish will be extremely generous, cuase i got killed on that exam

THIS THREAD MEANS NOTHING! Scores will be out in less than a week! We can formulate the percentages then! Until then this is useless!

Nothing to see here.

50% - 5 for AP Bio

AP Scores come in the mail sometime in July. Do you mean grades by phone BarnardGrl2012?

No offense, but I beg to differ! The point of this thread was to make a speculation based on past years’ percentages. My point was NOT to make it all random. Making an educated guess based in available data from previous years isn’t that bad. Also this thread can easily be converted after scores are releases–as you already said :)

Chem: 66%

Micro: 81%

Macro: 82%

Stat: …I have no idea…hopefully 1% hahaha…

Chem: 60%
English lang: 70%
Biology: 65%

i thought scores are out the third week of july?

any ideas for Spanish Language or Euro?

Um, I don’t think they release raw scores at all, unless they release the whole test which they usually only do for a few tests each year.

This entire forum/discussion is pointless…we will never know the actual raw percentage to score a 5 on each test, so what is the point of even discussing it? Just wait patiently for another FIVE days, get your scores, and be at peace!

Scores come out in five days?
