*** Official AP Biology Thread 2012-2013 ***

I didn’t even answer 6 or 8 on the FRQs. I doubt my MC was above a 70%. I wonder if the curve will still allow me to get a 4 or 5.

Chi sq. was 40-50, just giving range so I dont spoil.

[qdfoe - Tinychat](<a href=“Live video chat rooms, simple and easy. - Tinychat”>Live video chat rooms, simple and easy. - Tinychat) join !!!

Yes please! Tiny chat but in still at school in math class and I don’t know if tiny chat works with iPhones

i got 1/16
they wanted Wxyz…
isn’t it (1/2)^4 ? since it’s independent assortment and there’s 1/2 for each allele to be in the gamete?

well no one has joined lol, i will start one at 3ish

I think that is right lalaluna, but I put it in decimal form since it said round.

lalaluna i got the same thing and im positive it is 1/16,

Sorry doesn’t work on the iphone5

Anyone know what cell type z was? Even using google, I cant come up with an answer…

That’s what I originally had but I don’t know why I changed it!! Dang it!! Oh yeah cuz I thought I did it wrong the first time and then I did 1/4^4 effffff

Omg the test forums were the same, for a grid in I got 1131( idk which one it was)

@StudyAddict
Are you sure the expected values are 20, 20, 20? (That’s what I did!)
And is the null hypothesis something like “ripeness level of banana has no effect on the number of flies attracted to it”?

i said cell type z’s function was to pass on genetic material since it lacks all membrance bound organells, it’s porbably a virus…
and viruses are not independent organisms…

z is a red blood cell

Btw. I just realized that I have no life whatso ever TT_TT crying about the ap bio test while munching on cheese it’s all at the same time while pretending to be doing math

I think cell Z was red blood cell or something.
Their main function is to transport oxygen, so they lack organelles like nucleus.

^oh ****. screwed that one up badly…
how about cell Y? the one with mitochondria and cilia but lacking smooth/rough ER and golgi?

my friend said red blood cell, i said a procaryote that fixes nitrogen or something lol

Lala I guess 1/16 on that… Omg!
