The MC may bring the curve down a bit though.

I actually think I did better on the MC and grid ins than the FRQ. How specific did we have to be for the hormone signal question (8)?

Anyone feel that the multiple choice was extremely easy, but that we were not given enough time to finish it due to the amount of reading? I swear, if there were five more minutes I would have been able to completely finish all of section I.

I just ******** on everything, using good vocabs and say as much **** as i could.

I finished all the MC as I skipped a few long paragraphs and then came back afterwards to read them quickly. I ended up having time to read everything and complete it, but not check it throroughly so I might have made a lot of mistakes.

@CaptainFrost: Definitely
No one really finished…

Crap. I didn’t have enough time to even bubble in the ~10 mc I had left, so I ended up just leaving them blank. The mc I did answer though I thought were not THAT difficult, but a lot of the questions on the test were just plain ridiculous. It got to the point where when I saw a graph, I just skipped the entire page.

The FRQs were a bit easier though. praying for a 4

What did you get for the MCs about sickle cell anemia? i didnt have that much time to read a whole ****ing page!!

the MC was terribly easy for me, even the timing. Free response on the other hand was a little harder. Does ANYONE know or care to explain to me the last MC number 63 about the beetles being released and the trees invasive species? thank you… that was the stupidest question on the test

@gjstewart14 i put the will travel along the river and migrate to the other 3 states to eat those trees

I finished with plenty of time after reading pretty much everything…

Same pace as act pretty much, just more.

The first 22 took a couple seconds each, so those allowed for more time on others

Then i had ~15min to recheck everything

Can someone explain the urine frq? I didn’t really understand what it was asking / what to say.

for that frq i think what they wanted you to say was basically that as the concentration of toxins is increased in whatever liquid the frogs ( i think) were given, the more filtration is going to have to occur in the nephrons, which will lead to more urine (waste).

First time on here…I agree the MC was fairly easy but not enough time to read them all. Also, is plankton a photosynthetic and cell-resp organism??

Depends on what type of plankton you are talking about. Phytoplankton are, however zooplankton aren’t.

Does anyone know if you get points taken off for a wrong answer on MC, or just 0?

Just 0. Theres no penalty for wrong answers.

No points off for a wrong answer

I think the MC was easy, but it was time consuming, considering I guessed like 6, but they were reasonable quick guesses.

I felt the MC was easy at the beginning and progressively got “harder.” I put harder in quotes because it wasn’t becoming more DIFFICULT per se, it’s just that the time restraints were stressful and there wasn’t much time to read all of the bg info towards the end of the MC. The grid-ins that I had time to do were relatively easy though.

Essay section was easy though. I feel like I did pretty good on the short answers especially.

College Board stopped taking off points for wrong answers on AP exams a couple years ago. Just be aware that they still deduct 1/4 of a point for wrong answers on PSAT and SAT though.
