I expect at least 10-15 CC’s to get a 5, maybe more, but the rest of us have to settle with 4/3/2’s. :(

I felt pretty confident about a 5 walking out of the exam. I thought I missed around 15-20 mc max and felt that my free responses were all pretty good aside from #1. However, after seeing the score distribution I am ready to accept a 4.

The mc questions were okay with me, but the free response MAN i didnt finish 2 of them so I’m hoping for a 4

I got a 5!!! I’m so happy!! I didn’t think I was gonna, because I had no idea how to do the chi square thing, and I guessed on that whole free response, but I still got a 5!!! :D

After spending the whole night mentally preparing myself for a 1 or 2…I got a 4.

wow.

Got a 5…
Cant’ believe it…!!

I see on Wiki that only 5% got a 5 in AP Biology, a marked decrease from previous years. Anyone know whether these stats are true? They were published on July 1st.

It’s actually 5.4%
Trevor Packer tweeted the score distribution

The score distribution really discouraged me, but somehow I pulled out a 5 in biology!

I got a 3… I guess I’ll have to accept it. I’m grateful in a way because my free responses were crap, and I’m a little disappointed because I needed a 4. If I’m being honest with myself, though, I thought the 4 was a little far-fetched. At least I passed.

Can you share the tweet and when it was sent. I tried and I do not see it. Does it give any more details on why scores are so low?

I got a 3! I’m okay with it. :)

look at page 90 of this thread. There’s a long post by ‘apbioinformer’

A general Q I have is that how does this score affect College Admissions for Bio major. Would it give unfair advantage to students who took AP test last year as more got 5? Do they look at the year student took the exam? I doubt it and it is not fair for student this year, if they got below 5.

Damnit I got a 4, must have missed a five by a point or two…

After seeing the distribution I thought I’d be lucky if I got a 3. I got a 4 !! It must have been the MC because I know I bombed those free responses

got the 5. after seeing the score distribution i was a little bit nervous but i still own.

got a 3. I’m not that upset over it because I KNOW biology, that exam was just horrible a

Got A 5, congratulations to everyone out there, regardless of score. You all prepped hard, kudos.

I got a 4. Kinda bummed honestly, but I know a lot more people feel the same way
