I feel like I did decently…but I’m pretty much just hoping I passed at this point. And I’m also hoping that all the MC I missed where experimental lol.
Ahhhhh realized I wrote the molecular geometry wrong, so I got the subsequent things wrong too !!!
^I hate how they set up the questions where all of them are dependent on you getting the first one right.
Does anyone know if you can cancel your AP score and retake it if you happened to do badly? Or is this on my permanent record and you only get one chance?
@sweeetea I wouldnt worry so much because if you get a question wrong, they give you all the points in subsequent questions as long as theyre consistent to the wrong answer you gave
Anyone else notice that there wasn’t a SINGLE MENTION of hybridization? Form O. I was kinda pissed because I understood it for the first time yesterday.
Yea^ and bond angles are usually the easiest thing for me and the only question on it was on the fr and I got confused smh. No molecular geometry. Test sucked
how did molecular geometry make you get other stuff wrong?
You can take it again even if you don’t cancel the score, but I would not worry about that quite yet.
@skieurope: Thank you! I guess I’ll wait until I get my score back and then decide :).
Can’t discuss it but I had form o
And the answer I gave affected my other answers so yeah…
Okay, so I missed 2a on today’s exam when calculating moles (-__-), and this answer had to be used for later parts of question 2. If I used the wrong answer in later parts, will I still get credit if my work is right based on the wrong answer?
Thanks!
Not sure if anyone has already replied but the FRQ and MC are weighted 50/50 so you’d probably need a 70% ish on the FQR.
Does it matter if I didn’t consider sig fig in my FR?
You lose points off of what you’ve earned.
How many points can you lose for wrong sig figs total?
I had form O and I believe that I preformed very well on the MC but I’m not too confident on the FRQ. I’m quite confident that I scored at least a 3 but I’m hoping for a 4. It seems as though people are 50/50 on how difficult the MC was but most people thought the FRQ was fairly difficult. I hope the FRQ has a low curve. I just need to wait for the FRQ to be released so that I have a more accurate idea of how well I scored. :-S
I believe you lose one point on each problem for each significant figure that is more than one place off from your least accurate measurement.
Does a multiple choice score in the late 30s/early 40s and an FRQ score of ~65% sound like a 4?
Yup, sounds like a 4.
test was hard gg
